Grameen Pilipinas Microfinance, Inc. (GPMI), through its benevolent Chair Jesus Pineda, Jr., donated 60 packs of personal protective equipment (PPEs) to the KKK Command Center in Xavier School, Municipality of San Juan, Metro Manila.
KKK stands for “Kalinga Kontra Korona,” an initiative by the San Juan City Government and the Alumni Association of Xavier School, Inc. (AAXS).
In response to the community’s growing need to provide a facility for the care of Persons Under Investigation (PUI) and patients with mild COVID-19 symptoms, the local government set up venue at San Juan Science High School and called it San Juan COVID-19 Kalinga Center (SJCKC).
